I've run several searches for references to this bug, but the only thread that mentions it is this one, and only by one other fellow's post at the end of said thread. So forgive me if this has been addressed already.

Re: Red 888 Guns has nothing in stock. Slight thread necromancy, but hey, it's less than 2 months old. Same for me, except I'm only on my first play-through. Only money available on first visit, no other items. Flying Dragon 8 had stock, and continues to refresh its stock every few days...
