    Mini Nuke in FO3

    1. Sorry, I can't. I'm not that well read into the sci-fi of that time, only movies. But I can't still think of an example. I just thought it would be plausible that a sci-fi writer of that time would believe that humanity one day could control nuclear power to the point of using it as infantry...

    Mini Nuke in FO3

What context? A world in a apocalyptic state after a nuclear holocaust seen with the eyes of a sci-fi writer from the 50's? I would say that it pretty much fit. How did they take nuclear weapons seriously? Not adding a weapon isn't the same as taking something seriously.

It just have to be spectacular, I just hope it's really dangerous as well. A weapon of which you really have to think twise before using.

    Mini Nuke in FO3

I don't think the mini nuke fit at all, but I can't really substanciate why I feel that way. Just saying that it wasn't in the original games isn't a valid point I believe. The belief and future prospect of nuclear weapons in the 50's should allow the mini-nuke in the fallout games. Why...

Sorry about that. I just had a hick up after reading another thread where people complained about someone putting words in their mouth...

    Hi-res Fallout 3 screenshots

That HUD is for the Xbox, right? They are going to have a completely different HUD for PC, aren't they?

Don't put words in my mouth... I don't hate where this is going and I'm a hard-core fan (as I truly, truly love the originals and hail them as the greatest games ever made, except for the original Sid Meyers Pirates!) Yesterday I was very sad and unhappy about Fallout 3, my stern stance...

    Fallout 3 at E3 - Gaming Nexus

Don't you think that the reason they've shown exactly the same demo and played it exactly the same way each time, is because that's how they designed the demo. I interpret it as the demo can't be played in any other way cause they hadn't come that far yet in production to make such a demo...

    Fallout 3 at E3 - NeoGAF Q&A

I usually tend to disagree with most of you regarding your critisism towards Fallout 3. But, I'm getting worn out. If Inteligence isn't needed in dialogue, then what is it for? What other situation in the game (F3 or originals) was inteligence needed? As you perhaps know, I...

    CD-Action Fallout 3 preview

It's not dogmeat that's going to appear, nor his descendents. Remember that this is a translation from a polish magazine. What it says is that there will most probably be a companion dog, and that it.

    Fallout 3 at E3 - IGN impressions

I have been thinking about this love twist to the story... I can only guess that it just will be something that either just flavours the life in the vault or set things going. It isn't surprising, even though it doesn't fit fallout, to have a 19 year old sheltered boy/girl fall in love with...

    Fallout 3 at E3 - IGN impressions

No, but there wasn't even a hint of the vaults being bigger than what we saw.

    Fallout 3 at E3 - IGN impressions

Nothing new here except the mentioning of a gang inside the vault. A gang? I wonder how big the vaults in F3 will be? I always thought that the vaults in the originals games was a bit too small to house 1000 individuals and be self sufficient in every way. I hope it's alot bigger and with...

Forgot about that... I really need to replay them. Well let's hope (if the kids are in and are killable) that there isn't some way to redeme your self, after killing one.

¨ True, I don't agree to it either. I would rather see kids in the game than not. It's just that I think I understand how Bethesda think about it. What if they did implement kids... How would that work when you killed one? An instant huge drop in Karma? Couldn't that be exploited to allow...

If someone came up to me and gave me a contract which entitled him to my soul for 1000$ I would gladly sell it to him since I don't believe in the soul, God or the Devil. I agree, there shouldn't be a censorship. But thinking that Bethesda removes kids from the game out of spite for the fans...

Well, to use your logic then... They should include everything in any game. What it comes down to is sales. If the game would sell more if it contained the abilty to kill kids or not. I believe that in a world with no censorship, it would sell more if you had the abilty to kill kids. On the...

Could dialog actually be real dialog?

The Dialogue and the characters in Bethesdas Expansion for Oblivion "The Shivering Isles" is a vast improvement from the dialogue and characters in the main game. The characters are actually quite funny, but that mainly has to do with the fact that they all are insane. The dialogue options...

Antibiotics fight bacterial infection, which make the natural healing easier. It doesn't heal anything really, it doesn't even make the healing go any faster. It's just make the wound heal without any complications. The same can apply to water and food. Without nourishment you won't heal as...
