    Skill Level and Skill Threshold?

I think it would work best if you got an extra point in a skill when you got a critical success when using the skill. It wouldn't be a prevalent or efficient way to increase skills so it wouldn't encourage repetitive tasks but it would be enough to get the idea across.

    Strength

It isn't really fair to be too harsh on Psycho. If he's interested in Fallout, and there isn't a Croatian Fallout fan site then he really doesn't have a choice but to try his hand at English. Besides, there’s no better way to learn a language than to speak it (or type it for that mater) so...

    Trusty weapon

Yeah, it'd probably only extend the usefulness of the weapon to a limited degree. I was thinking something along the lines of Indiana Jones and his trusty whip. He can beat Nazis with pistols but he probably woldn't stand a chance against a rocket launcher. Although he did defeat a tank ;)

new graphics, etc? who wants them?

You're right Rosh, I should have lurked more. I assumed that the main reason people advocated Isometric graphics and TB combat was due to nostalgia for the first 2 Fallouts. That was a crappy assumption and I'm sorry. I still believe that the combat and graphics are areas that require the...

    Trusty weapon

I think it would be cool if your charactor could have his own "Trusty" weapon. For instance if you use a certain spear long enough it becomes your "lucky spear"(so to speak) and that particular spear has, I don't know, a better critical chance. I think that would add a little more character to...

new graphics, etc? who wants them?

Just because I don't agree w/ your opinions doesn't make me a liar. I said I'm new to the forums. I read the NMA news and when there is mention of F3 news there is often a link to a forum topic discussing said news. I read these on occasion and the general response is that F3 can't work without...

new graphics, etc? who wants them?

I don't know about you guys, but what I liked about FO had very little to do with isometric views, turn-based battles (although there is something to be said for turn-based systems), or the low-end graphics. It was about the story, the characters, the dark humor, and the mature themes. If FO3...

    10 best games.

All I'm going to say is; if Myth and Fallout had a baby it would be the most wonderfull game in the universel. (Myth III, however, is a sterile abomination) 1. Myth 1 & 2 2. CoD 2 3. Resident Evil 4 4. Super Smash Brothers: Melee 5. Fallout 2 (Sorry, I havn't played any other fallouts)...
