I bet there's a command to just add 10 hp, or any other amount for that amount. You could try removing the perk, getting 1000 karma, and adding it back, but I don't know if removing it will properly set your hp back to pre-perk values.

I don't see why not. There are good MMORPGs. The toughest part would be maintaining atmosphere with players congregating around NPCs all the time. Not sure it'd really matter though. Lots of stuff looks proper silly in MMOs, owing to their nature. Populations never look right anyway.

There are better kinds of stopmotion to use. Never seen them employed for gore. Seems like it could do quite well. Personally I'd just go for a stylized animation.
