Hows about this for a new trait "Ghoulish" at the cost of 1 or 2 agility (I think agility is overrated), your character gains a high resistance to Radiation (say +30%- to %50). How about this one too "Small hands" Méleé damage goes down exceptionally but you gain a boost to pickpocket...
