Does anyone know about the skill limit/level cap? Would it kill the developers if the increased the skill limits to 300 like in Fallout 2 and delete the level cap? Also, modifying apparel would be also pretty cool. Like if you have a trenchcoat, you could pad it up with hard leather or...

As frustrating as the criticals might be, I actually prefer them. If the enemies didn't have an ability to critically hit you, you'd get pretty bored in a while. This keeps the battles more exciting. Fallout 3 lacked this ability and pays the consequenses.

Because it wouldn't be as noble goal as purifying the water with no real consequenses. Better just use the bomb to kill a town full of people. That's much more civilized.
