The Gauss Rifle looks fantastic (if it is the GR). And the power armour looks good. The vehicle thing doesn't though. I mean it's nice, but certainly doesn't fit the setting imo.

Yeah JA1 does look quite dated. JA2 on the other hand looks quite similar to Fallout 1 (only judging from looks and the UI etc), so that's a positive.

I'm 35hours in the game right now, explored the lower half of the map up till now. Not on the main quest since everyone said it's shit. And waiting for the G.E.C.K. so I can get an ass load of mods (I always do this with Beth's mods), which is great.
