While I hope kickstarter will take off, I kind of doubt Wasteland would get enough pledges. Double Fine has a lot more goodwill and...prestige, then Inxile, despite Fargo's Interplay and Fallout history. Still, would be nice. I would throw some money at it, if a good team was behind it.

I don't get the hate for Fallout 3 ambient stuff. Songs like "Into the Wasteland" ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JKVanqVvVw&feature=related ) work perfectly for setting up atmosphere during exploration. Just listening to that song now outside the game brings back the memories...

Hmmm I hope it will bring some semblance of sense to the story..and I hope it will be released as DLC on steam for some cheap price.

I just finished the game, it was very good shooter, but god damn can anyone explain what the fuck was going on in it storyline-wise ? I watched all the loading screen comics, but I have no idea :) The ending was kind of non-ending, wasn't it ?

Hmmm, for me GOTY this year goes to Witcher 2, only game I would give 10 this year. Second I guess Skyrim, which is a fantastic game while being pretty bad RPG, and third to Deus Ex. Honorable mention goes to Dead Island, which very pleasantly surprised me.
