I'll be having the usual, Turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, pecan pie, all while watching the Packers and Lions with good friends.
So how do you folks normally consume the cooked carcass of Meleagridinae gallopavo? I've has deep fried (peanut oil) and it's not really greasy (not very greasy at all in fact) but the flavor was awesome.
