    Actualy they work fine... talking head or not. Use them on Cassidy and he will say something like that hes feeling more healthy or so. Then you can use the usualy drugs on him without him dying. At least it worked for me that way! I actualy used the pills in the NCR already...

    Suggestion: The ammo damage modificator might be applied after the other calculations. Just a guess but its stated after the other ammo effects in the game as well... That would explain slightly lower damage with the JHP ammo. Second suggestion: The DR mod might actualy work in the negative...

    I dont realy see the problem. Either you want the armor early in the game and then you will go for it, or you dont, and then you wont go for it. The general temptation to "cheat" doesnt mean you have to cheat. Same thing as with a character editor or so imho... And while a randomized worldmap...

    Hard to find a ballance though... If the level cap is too low you can still kinda exploit it and if its too high you will have trouble reaching it when playing stupid or evil...

    Thats why i go for LK 8 and then NCR Zetascan :P Actualy with the RP this works even better... Trade in small frame for fast shot later (mutate!) and then take the doctors serum in the EPA... 3 AP Turboplasma... Well usualy i stick to the possibility to aim so... shooting Guardbots...

    Hm prolly a bug: When entering the "fruit fly room" in level orange of the EPA theres a line about "finding a gas mask". Now im already wearing one but sometimes when fighting the flies i suddenly am poisoned (not by the flies for sure!) and take about 70 damage per round or so with like 70...

    Well it sure does make some sense so... JHP is just a proper produced version of "Dum Dum" ammo. Wont have much effect on someone who wears even the lightest ballistic vest. However if theres no protection the holes left by such ammo can be called realy nasty!
