This is a lie. For nearly 200 years, the 2nd amendment has been interpreted as being the right to forming a militia in case the gov got too tyrannical. It's only recently that the courts suddenly decided it had anything to do with individual liberty.

Depends about how well you huff paint, and whether you can distinguish between a fine paint and a pedestrian one. Huffing paint is like drinking wine: everyone can (and should) do it, but not everyone is a connoisseur.
