That's right. Then you have the problem that this would be a parallel universe to Fallout. When moving the location to Europe, it could be the same Fallout universe. But nobody knows. ^^ Brilliant, isn't? :P There are severel notes in the bible which point to Europe, why not going this path...

Depends on what you think Fallout is. It should be clear, that nothing copyrighted would be used. This idea of a successor is based on Fallout's spirit. It is a pity that there is more interest in MMORPGs than in Fallout like RPGs nowadays. :|

I just found EPA, but the map is black. :? I have read that the mod only works with unpatched Fallout2. Is that true? Then these newer cheap versions which are already patched won't work.
