NMA seems a lot more friendly than it used to be. We seem to have a lot less quote autopsies and agressive comments. I do wonder what how many users came after fallout 3 was announced compared to the old guard. I didn't register when I first started visiting but I came shortly after playing...

I don't know if they've been playing BOS for a lot longer than Fallout 1 and 2 or if time has slowed down during this experience.

Nice to see them showing how a first time player might approach it rather a hardcore fan with all the knowlege and experience under their belt. They're not doing everything perfectly but that's quite nice.

The Fallout 3 setting is hardly mentioned in New Vegas where as you can meet someone who originates from Klamath talking about a tribal from Arroyo. I think Obsidian did the best they could wit the time and tools they were given. You certainly do not need to play FO3 to enjoy New Vegas...
