Agreed The Flamer should be THE weapon to bypass armor. Give it a low damage and dot but the way a flamer engulfs a target and heats it up should render Armor useless (with the possible exception of PA and those only if they arent made of metal).

I guess its well konwn that there are lots of ridiculous mods on the nexus, but there are some good ones too. You just have to shift a ton of shit before finding a gem.
