The Megaton quest is a side quest. The quest to make a survival book is a side quest. These are the big ones. But i can't judge the quality of them...

Probably, there' re no geckos. They were not mentioned in press releases nor in survival guide. Only Bloatfly, Brahmin, Centaur, Deathclaw, Giant Ant, Molerat, Radroach, Radscorpion, Yao Guai and Dog are in the game.

Well, i always thought that small and long radiation exposure makes creatures mutate... Little nice mutants from Chernobyl :) But you're right, Fallout game's setting are not about real life. At all. Especially Fallout 3's one.

About FEV discussion... After blowing up The Megaton a PC came back to the ruins of it. There's a woman standing there who lived there and who was a normal human. She BECAME a ghoul. After a nukular blast. Nukular blasts make people mutate!Yay! *Cry of sorrow.Again, Again and Again...*

BTW, someone asked if you can change your companions behavior.Well, you can: the menus are the same as in FO1,2. The only nice thing i saw while watching the broadcast.
