I have a new monitor, Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo View T-17" and this problem only exists with Fallout1. I tried different resolutions, I`ll have to try different refresh rates, doubt it`ll help though... Edit* Well wohoo! Changing the refresh rate from 75Hz to 60Hz solved the problem...

Yes, just tried. If I adjust the monitor settings to move the screen all the way to the right, it still loses a couple of centimeters of the picture. I`ll have to try and run it in a window of something. Any advices on that??
