Fallout: Tactics has very high quality graphics. There's around 27000 individual bitmap props, which range from walls to chairs to hanging terminals. The in-game critters and people are thoroughly well-animated. I suspect you may run into problems porting "moving" characters from FO1/2...

Even if there's a perfect copy of Fallout working under DOSBOX at perfect speed on your Android phone, the nature of the interface will make gameplay into a cumbersome nightmare on the 4.5-inch screen.

The Russian version in the video is 10 times better than its English translation. I like it. The Russian version that is.
