For the GGG, can't help you, but MIB88 or killap said that there will be more way to get it; not only one... Ghoul Armor; should be in the blue section; need the password to use the elevator.(I think) As for the Security Hologram; he should give you the security card to access locked door...

Yes I use the quest.msg with the EXPPOINT.H from the mapper for xp . I will try to compare all the quest.msg from F2, Megamod and Resoration project to have all of then with the cross one. edit: I compare the two files from Megamog and Resoration; now the quest are a bit more separated.
