Yes, please upload it. There was something strange with Mirak's save game and I'm curious if the same is with yours.

I swear in one iteration I removed the shovel (cause it's cheap) and then placed the diary there on the ground, which made it harder to find than just being on the shelf. Not sure why this ended up going back to the state it is in right now...

The Melchior problem, right? I couldn't get any crashing with that save game. Even tried multiple times with different weapons. Also turned high res patch on/off.

Didn't get a chance to get to work on Fallout over the weekend like I had hoped. Today, I did fix the installer to handle Steam installs properly and I also wrote a small little program that will check fallout2.cfg and make sure the music path is correct (especially important for GoG installs)...

He's classy like that. ;) No bug here, he doesn't change appearance so that he can't use all weapon types.

Re: Major bug discovered! Yikes, that's a nasty one. Disabling the high res patch fixes this. I didn't try to see if modifying the settings of the res patch also makes it go away. I'll let Mash know.
