Hey all it means is that the shooter part will be more like a shooter. Nothing wrong with that. FPS and RPG parts don't have to correlate actually. You can combat like a FPS but playing the rest of the game like a RPG. That's what I hope for.

Will play "Hardcore mode" from the beginning, that is if it runs on my computer. F3 only ran in window mode, but since it's the same engine I guess it's cool.

Well to be fair, the cover isn't that different from the other game magazines. They all look like this. There was even one who did a "clear front cover" run only for subscribers... But yeah it's so weird to see Fallout all over the place. I have the exact same magazine PC Games 1/99...
