Wondering what the formula is for being knocked down or knocking a monster down. Endurance prevents a lot, I can see that. some say Stonewall Perk is -50% chance of being knocked down. I wonder if it's more than that and how do people even know that if the formula isnt commonly known...

I got the two for a discount, fallout 1 and 2. 8.99 for both together. I think that is more than what it is today, but mine was only 2 days ago. 9 dollars for 2 games cant be beat. They seem to do promotions of things if you buy more than one at a time sometimes. GOG is good stuff...

Luck increases the ability to do better criticals! Aside from directly increasing critical chance. Throwing is str based, but i dont know how much skill points in it counter it. I am just starting again and making a melee /thrower/finesse build myself

Ah, well killap explained to me a few things about his patch. I have found out that using the arrows on the high res screen doesnt work and crashes. he doesnt know why yet, but i found that to be the case. you ahve to manually dial in the values into the boxes and then it works. also...

what does 16 bit offer that 8 does not or vice versa for fallout?

Anyone who just tried new Unofficial patch with sfall notice how you can't change resolutions in windows 7 64 bit without it crashing to desktop? 16bit switch works, nothing else does.

well, I updated it like you linked, and it still isnt working. It has cleared the rainbow/mess up thing and gone to 16bit on the switch, but nothing else works. I cant change the res. the 16bit switch worked before I updated it too.

I put it over the old patch. The rock doesnt show up right that validates the game version, High Resolution Patch doesnt work, even after reinstalling that. You really dont want to re-install this crap from steam. It sucks.
