What activities/quests are available to non faction players? We will have simple bring me x amount of (item) for y amount of caps, though we hope a lot of quests for wasters will be made up by the factions themselves, since there are instances where an outsider is more favorable to a faction...

I'm on the development team of this server, we've been in development for quite some time already. Basically, this is a roleplaying server and the map is a 1:1 scale replica of New Vegas. Yes, the entire thing, exept for the DLC's for now. I will be answering any questions about the server...
