ok got the mod to work but the game now ctd when i enter the truck on the first map, any advice?

Was able to download and Install the mod no problems, but when I try to run it I get an error. "can't open registry key" I have the simplified Chinese lang pack installed and changed the Language for programs that does not support Unicode encoding.. any ideas?
