    Did that, tested it out on some burst weapons used on me, looks like it worked. And thank god, it was getting really stupid taking like 200 non-crit damage from even the weakest burst weapons from miles away while wearing heavy armor.

    It would be awesome to see enemies in random encounters to have specific or random combat abilities/perks, it might add more of a challenge. As for the "UBER" boss, I dunno, I was just thinking from a different mod I played.

    I don't know if this was mentioned before, but I don't think this mod is capable with the Restoration Project mod (and there's places that said that they were). I have both mods installed, and I get crashes upon loading games because of having certain weapons in my inventory.
