Has anyone ever had their character inflicted with an "instant death" critical? No, not criticals that involve your character taking like +500 damage from a minigun, but criticals that can have your character die without having his HPs at or below 0 and produces a special message.

That's weird... When charisma reaches 0, that's suppose to kill you as well. Although I don't see why it should, I mean do you die by being extremely ugly?
