    I love those robed standing animations but there is one thing nagging at me - he seems to jerk on the second to third frame of standing up - when his legs are unfolded I think there should be an extra frame for smoothness.

    Can I ask how long it took to make each image? If it was more than perhaps 5 minutes to put the cammo on I think you'll be wasting your time doing so many frames. And doing each frame is the only way you'll get the movement to look right I'm afraid...

    I'm afraid I think it'll look awkward until you use the original animations. The body needs to move back as well, which means that the shadow's will move. Use the rifle animation for this one.
