On the topic of the Creation Engine and the future of the Fallout franchise, I know it's a bit early to speculate, but I wonder if Fallout 4 will feature the regenerating health system Bethesda is using in Skyrim?

I'll be taking a busted-up 10mm pistol, some reinforced leather armor, 2 stimpacks, 1 bobbypin and about 24 rounds of 10mm, JHP. Might grab a machete and Legion prime helmet as well. Spartan loadout or GTFO :P Makes the equipment you find in the actual DLC twice as awesome.

I think they could have pulled off adding a crossbow to FO3 with Point Lookout, and then kept it as a base weapon in New Vegas. I almost want to think a crossbow would have fit in well with Dead Money, but I can't really justify as to why. But screw that, I want a gauss pistol in Lonesome...

I reinstalled it last week in anticipation for Lonesome Road. It was alright. I managed to avoid the main quest almost entirely, instead focusing on roaming the Wasteland, looking for bobbleheads and the Victory Rifle. Damn thing(s) were hard to find.

Do want. Not too sure how to feel about Lonesome Road's best quality being weapons, though.

Yeah, you're probably right. Unrelated, but, does anyone know if there is any specific reasoning as to why the player cannot normally bring companions along for DLC, or is it just an issue of game balance?

I get the feeling that maybe ED-E will be the source/relay of Ulysses's initial message to the Courier, but that can't be right..
