oh there is. one in vault 15, one at the raider camp, there is at least one in killian's shop. You can buy some at the Hub, maybe at the Adytum & at the Gun shop. At the Glow I think there is some too, and in the Military base. Or....you can just go in the Military Base by Harry's way so...
