Okay the sound in the U.S version of the Fallout Collection doesn't work at all for me. Originally I had the U.K version of the Fallout collection. Would this affect the U.S version at all? I did make sure that all of the U.K version's files are all gone.

Followers will die all the time. Originally there was a mission so that they won't die, but it was cut. Dead ghouls can be prevented by fixing their water thingy. I recommend you don't visit The Hub after exploring around the wasteland for 200 days. Same goes for Shady Sands.
