Actually it can. Thought only a small damage, say 2-10 (30 in burst mode with pyscho, but rare scenario) points damage against power-armored foe. But trying to kill an Enclave soldier with a shotgun is like going to a gunfight with chopstick. Not to mention they will have melt you down with...

Any idea if it's possible to move the demo folder to another PC with steam installed? I hate to download the whole thing again.

While some people will fed up and getting a console to play, they will also sacrifice the freedom of getting FREE modification (horse armor, anyone?) There yer go. And get a PC, a gaming one. An uber gaming one. :)
