I have never played FO4 or F76.
FO3 was bad enough, and FO4 looked like it was (in every way) worse off the mark than FO3. FO3 ruined the franchise for me —thanks Todd.:yuck:
(I've a similar opinion of FO:NV btw. )
I'd assume that vault suits are essentially the PC's underwear, and that they are effectively considered to be wearing nothing; base sprite. I highly doubt that the art exists in the game, to show companion sprites wearing the (nothing) vault suit.
It isn't Doctor but worse. Doctor is a career path. It requires dedicated skill point expenditures to make it useful. First Aid is open to all, and is improvable by skillbooks; leaving the skillpoints available for use on the other (harder to train) skills.
Doctor by itself takes three hours...
Not technically an egg in the game, but there are secrets in the PDF manuals.
Everywhere there is a pasted note from the overseer, there is a paragraph of text underneath it; text that can be selected, copied, and pasted into an editor to read.

Tim found it by noticing that the menu was making animation calls, and later trying to debug it.
Perhaps examine the menu code/script. (I've no idea if the menu is script or compiled.)
There were once a couple guys in a Florida Shopping mall who made some wicked airbrush T-shirts of the Alien. 20th Century Fox learned of it, and sued them for their profits; afterwards they sued them for damages. I think these Wanamingos are fine.
This is Harry alongside the Bethesda supermutant:
The model from Fallout (what we see of it) actually seems more dense, and complex than the one from FO3.
Along the right side is a full supermutant mesh model, seen used in the first frames of the VATS dip scene from Fallout.
*As an aside...
My initial hope after playing Oblivion was that for FO3 there was at least the option of rendering the regular game & gameplay at the quality level of the talking heads and the cutscenes. That turned out to be disappointment #1.
Fallout wasn't claymation; not like Clayfighter, or Neverhood...
IIRC... The GURPS gambling skill is used to detect cheating. But Fallout's implementation seems to just improve the chance of winning.
I would prefer if the game would have the occasional rigged private games, floor tables, and slots that the player could discover with skill, and then decide...
Tord (aka. MyNameIsNotLilly) has a Lets-Play using as low luck and Jinxed character.
*He can't use a gun in the game, due to critical failures that destroy the weapon.
The First Aid and Doctor skills have different percentages, durations, and XP awards. First Aid cannot correct crippling injuries, Doctor cannot be improved with skill books. Doctor is a career choice that opens NPC dialogs with other doctors. Together these two separate skills afford up to six...
