    I think it's because librarian is = 1. U can't save maps. I think this option is for proto editing or something, or maybe specifically "only browsing". EDIT: What I said is probably false. Don't know exactly what the problem is, but this thread might help...

    Oh, I guess u mean anti-tank, as opposed to anti-body armor. Then switch AAR to AMR in my description. Anyway, use the ideas and change them slightly. There's room for flexibility because u can make up your own story. Edit: Chinese weapons do make much more sense. Sounds like a solution...

    14mm can be a good choice, but these are "suppose" to be pistol/smg cartridge. But you can do this with reasonable logic. Who cares about famous, existing RL weapons? Just make up your own, and make it lore-friendly. It's actually more realistic, than using a modern rifle, which shouldn't exist...

    Since you did everything the installation says to do, I guess only the developers\other modders can help you there. BTW, did u use the NEVADAHD.exe, instead of FoN_1.00.exe? there's also a directdraw compatability something which might be related. Do u have directx9 files installed?
