It wants to be dark, absolutely. But the execution of a lot of its darker moments just don't click for me because of how the presentation of the world building, lore, dialogue, animations and voice acting is.

It's a rough start but the longer you play it the more it "clicks", if you already own it your might as well try to bash your head against the wall until your brain is the right kinda mush to understand it.
