Hi, are you still around? I checked the dropbox over the last days - will you update it to sfall 4.4.5? I have the feeling the sfall changes become less and less important, but having this last version would be very nice. Thank you!

No problems here with subtitles (using sfall 4.x).

I was more refering to certain features which are managed by fores.exe. Like elevator function and (I think) perks. Since fores.exe is not running on my iPad, I want to use fallout2.exe - but then I miss vital parts of the mod. gl_partycontrol.int should be part of latest sfall.dat anyway.

It would be very nice to replace the fores-loader with sfall functions. (I know, I already asked some weeks ago...) @NovaRain , are you still working on this? Thanks.

I got the skull suit back! Using Nevada Band's original version from July 2023 + your patch001.dat only. My mistake was to not change the MaleStartModel etc. in ddraw.ini (I created my ddraw.ini but only now compared it to yours).

I'd say you discussed this already with gustarballs1983 at length. I have used basically the same files (but different sfall for Win98). If it's not working for you with sfall, try the vanilla Sonora without sfall. Anyway, this should not be discussed here in the translation thread, but in the...

I'm playing on the iPad under RetroArch app. It is the original Sonora (non-Foxx version) with sfall 4.4.4 added and played under emulated Win98.

I have used the zip-file for installation.The new drugs.ini is not mentioned in the readme. I guess it should be linked in ddraw.ini as all the ini-files.

Uuh... Sonora 1.14 is out (on Nevada Band website). I think these constant updates are one of the reasons for missing translations... Don't know what changed.

RPU v26 includes an older version of sfall, which didn't require mods_order setting. The latest RPU v29 does - so if you didn't add THAT mod in mods_order.txt, it will not load.

Okay, thank you. The other interesting comment you made was about translated map files. Which kind of translations are these? Are they really needed? I'm not sure what e.g. RadMurav translated, since on their Github there seem to be all (extracted) Sonora files of master.dat, but not all have...

I'm very sure rpu29 and THAT work together. They do for me. Maybe check your mods-order file?

So what's the difference between these exes? I read on vk.com that FSonoraDLC should only used with older versions of Sonora.
