If you are capable of basically banging your head against a wall and forgetting modern gaming conventions and accepting the old gameplay input and design then yes. If you're expecting anything resembling a modern (from the 90's) game then no, it is an acquired taste not easily acquired.

I didn't like LOTR (films) when I was young and while my tastes has changed dramatically and I would probably enjoy them if I watched them now I just can't justify watch that long of a film trilogy so all I have to go by is my memories of LOTR being poop so I still think LOTR is poop.

It also had weird noise at shutdown and when the computer was off but the speakers were on it could emit a tiny little constant whine. Is my speakers pepsi? Should I just replace them?

So uh, I turned off my speaker and even tried unplugging it while starting it up to see a little sumthin sumthin and uh... I don't hear the whine. :bigthink:

I'd prefer not to lose any data I have on it. I can always just move certain things but there are other things I will not be able to export because either I can't or because it would be an immensely enormous chore to do so. Also I lack a windows install USB stick/disc. :V
