I was just wondering why obsidian didn't try and buy the license for fallout considering the fact that most of the devs at BIS went to work there.

Just wondering if anyone has attempted at recreating fallout 2 on the fallout tactics engine. I really want to play fallout with better graphics quality(just picked the game up yesterday)
