    TeamX NPC mod: armor

    I cannot find the talk option to change NPC's armor. Installed patch 1.1, unofficial 1.2 and 1.3.3. Then Fallout Update Mod v1.2.5 and Fallout 1 NPC Mod, in that order. Is the update mod stepping on the toes of the NPC mod and disabling the armor option? I have the combat tactics option...
