I couldn't fit the title. So what in your opinion is the biggest difference between Fallout 1 and Fallout 2?

We all probably now the difference but i'm gonna say it anyway Laser rifles - Faster fire rate, but low damage Plasma rifles - Slower fire rate, but has higher damage I want to see other opinions, i personally like Laser rifles better.
