Hi, first post here so be gentle :look: is it possible to do a run of NV and end up with full 10s in all the SPECIAL skills? i mean, i'd assume you'd have to go heavy in Int and End (for fast levels to fill out more and to take on the max number of cybernetic enhancements at the wasteland...
