    Fallout 1: too weak to complete all open quests, what else to do?

    Hello everyone, I'm stuck in Fallout 1 and I don't know how to progress in the game. I've completed a few initial quests (Radscorpions, Gizmo, Missing Caravans, Hydrophonic Farms) and got the Water Chip by fixing the water pump. I've also killed the Skulz (not getting the mission done somehow)...
