Greeting friends, I have resolved my sound problem! If any of you have the same problem I fixed it by enabling multicore in ddraw.

Greetings, thank you for your answer! I tried the DirectDraw Compatibility Tool and even tho I had a hard navigating the website since I don't speak russian I think I did all I needed to do, sadly it didn't seem to fix my problem at all. Also the resizing isnt working in the menus like it did...
