Looks great! You can make some slight changes (there shouldn't be any bigger and more impressive deathclaw than Gruthar as he is an alpha male and the leader of the pack after all) and you automatically will create Xarn - captive in Navarro.

For me this a disadvantage, because I subconsciously treat characters without Talking Heads as inferior to the story, where that is not always the case ( McClure and Lynette is a good example). But you are right that probably all Fallout players have their own imagined versions of NPCs already...

Never heard of it, but sounds interesting. Is it like expansion to Fallout 2 or brand new story? I will add it to my "promising Fallout mods" list, right next to 1.5 Resurrection, Fallout of Nevada, Sonora and Yesterday.

What an amazing mod! I really like the idea of implementing motorcycle, but I don't want it for free. I would like to earn it, like the Highwayman in F2. Do you receive it from the beginning or will it take effort to get one?
