I actually don't really believe many of the information coming out of both sides. Besides, could you write an esssay about those baltic, ukrainian nationalists and us mercenaries, that are dressed up in russian soldier uniforms and wreaking havoc among west Georgia. At least what Ossetia...

Umm, why is the US Defence startled by Russia's fast military actions. They kept alot of soldiers near the borders, plus they had sent some of them to repair the infastructure like roads and railways.

There were a few battalions stationed in Abhaz and Ossetia regions for peacekeeping purposes. And the last question is a good one :D. Saw a commentary on one of my local news site like that. All in all i think that all of that is just a bit of great deal non useful fuss, more like "gossip"...

Still somehow i think even though the combat system is not turn based, it is quite nice. You can always use it without the bloody mess "PERK" and it won't be boring that much. Yet i never thought that washington could be so... blue.

Heh... the main difference perhaps is that earlier Fallouts where made like computer GURPS systems, which was always nice to play even on the table. Fallout 3 is no computer - GURPS project. Sometimes D&D... but.... all in all it's Action-Thriller FPS with RPG elements. Just like oblivion...

Ummm... Post - Apocalyptic doesn't mean that the world has to be blasted to smithereens by nukes. Children of Men is a great movie and the apocalypse there is when children stop being born, the world collapses. Still the photography and art is quite nice there. But as i was reading further...

Look: and the shoulder pads are parts of armor the main character is wearing. But still i don't like the FLOATING GUN ON MY BACK thing which hasn't been changed... And the dog... I looks more like a wolf than a dog. At least the scenery gets better by the screenshot.
