I found the PA in FO3 and NV disappointing. ( Enclave in NV was kinda cool ) It didn't feel like PA...just over sized metal armor. They are not the end all items you coveted in FO 1 and 2. I ended up dumping it in both games.

Leveling should just slow down drastically the higher you get. FO3 and NV I was a demigod by the end. Kinda boring actually. I've never gotten above lvl 16 or so in FO and low 20s in FO2. Still felt pretty bad ass but not invincible. Never felt gimped by lack of levels or perks. Makes the game...

When playing Fallout 1 the screen will sometimes go black...the game is still running though. I can move the mouse and as I do it cleans the screen back up...like an etch a sketch. Opening the Pip or any other thing ( char, inventory) also cleans the screen . Other then that the game runs...
