I'm just playing Jagged Alliance 2 while waiting on the expansion, it's a cool game as well, much more realistic fighting, but not half as addicting. I'm just in love with Unarmed in Fallout 2. I'm already bored of it actually, finish the expansion soooon. :(

Do the critical bonuses, applied when using specific martial arts techniques, come on top of the critical hit chance you have once you have the Slayer perk? So with 7 luck, your Slayer perk at level 24 would turn your critical hit chance to 70%, would a punch that gives +40% critical hit...
