Is there a change of loading the old save games,i have installed this restoration 1.1 on ur Killap's patch 1.02.21? or i need to start a new game?

I have installed Killap's patch and i am seeking the booster item and i downloaded fix for it but i am not sure it will work fine by each other... can anyone help me here (bugs, problems...)?
