So that means I have to live with Strength 4 until Level 12(if I wnat to use this perk...)? Or is it not that bad to use the combat shotgun without a strength of 5?

Hey, i hope all off you had nice christmas. Now back to Business! ^^ I build my FO2 Char with a Strength of 4 (this should be a good idea... at least i heard that). Now i am at the point of the game where i really could need a boost of strength to use a combat shotgun properly. i´ve read...
