I think what he's saying is that the bugs in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. make the bugs in every other game pale in comparison. Not that I agree with that, if that's what's being implied. There's also Divinity 2: Ego Draconis, though they've since dumped it and remade the game with a new engine.

I can get by with occasional crashes/slowdowns and graphics/physics glitches. I've come to expect them these days. Crappy content (see FO3/Oblivion) or missing/incomplete content (see KotOR 2) is a much bigger issue.
