With low agility it takes ages to reload your gun. It's not totally useless.

I like the 5mm ammo DT bypass change. I always felt the assault carbine and the minigun were a little on the weak side.

It's alright if you don't take it too seriously. It had a pretty decent production value for a fan film, wasn't just a cheap camcorder thing. It has some big flaws in the lore but not as bad as I thought it would be.

The flamboyant ones are the most annoying so the less of them in games the better. That stuff doesn't really exist in Fallout, they act like everyone else. No one will put up with their attention whoring in a post apocalyptic world.

The big one is the NCR Ranger combat armor. Everyone hated having to kill a Ranger or do some strange reverse pick pocketing to get a legit set of it.

That's exactly why the giant "final boss" of Oblivion was just a quick cutscene instead of an actual fight.
