I've installed the FO2 High-res patch 2.2b and MIB88 2.42 and seeing that there is a major problem: The scripts of the weathers are able to adapt the 256x256 texture to the default resoltuion (640x480) but when is used an higher resolution, like 1024x768, they are not able to scale the effect...
